Henry Brayzer music performance agreement
- Purchasing a score composed by Henry Brayzer does not confer copyright ownership and is subject to the performance licensing conditions contained in this agreement.
- Public performance, paid private performance or recording for physical or digital distribution requires a licence, available by contacting Henry Brayzer.
- Posting a recording of the music onto social media and video sharing sites (such as YouTube) is permitted without a licence agreement under the following conditions:
- A link to the recording must be sent to Henry Brayzer within seven (7) days of its publication, regardless of whether the link is public or restricted. For restricted links, access must be granted to the email address provided in this agreement.
- Any income generated directly from the recording through monetization (e.g., ad revenue, platform royalties, etc.) must be declared to Henry Brayzer on a monthly basis. A royalty of 30% of this income is payable whenever cumulative revenue exceeds GBP 1000 or on an annual basis, whichever occurs first.
- Permission for third-party use of the recording, including use in media such as advertisements, films, or any other content of any type, must be obtained in advance through a licence agreement with Henry Brayzer.
